Okay, I was here for Friday Foto Fiesta Finish but saw this....
I was totally addicted to the Twilight Series! I have finished them all! I recently joined a book club and we recently read A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseni. It is my new favorite book. It is nothing like Twilight but it is a wonderful book - I highly recommend it!

I also just devoured the entire Twilight series. Did you ever read the Harry Potter series? I was resistent for years and gave in 4 mos ago...I read all 7 in 1 month; highly addictive!!!

Missy's suggestion is also good as is his other book, "The Kite Runner".

"The Last Lecture" is good; sad, but good.

It's so funny you posted this because I just e-mailed my local girlfriends about starting a book club. We have chosen "Miracle at St. Anna" by James McBride...haven't gotten the book yet so no feed back.

Oh, Kelly is right....I was going to suggest Harry Potter too! Highly addictive. I've read them several times....

You know, just for some light reading...I LOVE Jennifer Crusie! They are really quick reads and they are funny....no heavy stuff to bog you down after a long day....they are just fun to read and actually have made me laugh out loud. If you want to borrow any let me know.....

I have to agree, Harry Potter is amazing.

I've had numerous books on the shelf to read for the past year and have yet to crack them open. Blogging has taken over ;) I hope to start Nights in Rodanthe really soon.

I read lots of magazines. Now that my girl is starting to get older I'm able to sit on the sofa while she entertains herself and catch up on my stash. At least for a few minutes at a time, anyway.
