Happy Birthday ---

Today is Taryn's 3 month birthday... I can't believe it's been 3 months already, she's so big and strong and tall just like she should be. My baby has rolled over both ways and last night started to giggle at me when we were singing. She's so smart, she can figure out how to get her thumb in her mouth and grab a hold of her toys and find her toes and her hands. She can raise herself up when lying on her belly, support herself with her hands and look around and kick her feet up too ( a lot of adults can't do that) she can scoot herself about a foot forward when she's on her belly and about the same backward when on her back. She can grab her toys that are hanging and pull herself up to them (scared herself and me when doing that) and tries to put everything in her mouth.
She smiles at me when I get home at night and when we wake up in the morning. She's sleeping thru most nights (expect poopy week) and is starting to make raspberry's with her daddy. Shes sitting up in her bumpo seat and is strongly holding up her head.
She's taking a bottle and has even tried pedealite so we are on track with food too. We have more routine even when at home and at the sitters we are keeping on track with our timing. We seem to be on track with weight, and on the tall side so far. We are wearing 3 month outfits if they stretch, 3 to 6 if not. What a tall girl already.

One of the blogs I really like is Candid Carrie, and she wrote the most beautiful post today and it really does make you stop and appreciate women, old and young, and things that you remember hating and loving about yourself. I hope my girl loves her body when she gets older, I hope she appreciates everything that's going on in her world now and as she grows, I love watching it all happening.

It's funny, she mentioned adding lemon juice to her hair to lighten it, and when I was in high school I used to cut the grass in my bikini top, shorts and a GALLON OF CRANBERRY Juice in my hair to get it a beautiful reddish blond highlight... ya, bee stings suck...

Hi, Thanks for the shout out. I actually have two daughters and this started out because of a conversation I had been having with her.

Cranberry juice! Wow, now that's something I never heard of!

I bet you're going to have a very active little girl on your hands! :) She sounds a lot like my daughter when she was that age. It just means you're going to have a nice and spicy life.

P.S. I really like your new blog design! I had meant to say something this weekend but forgot. Hope you're having a good week!
